Reflections: ‘Nous’

Greek: νοῦς ‘Nous’. The word ‘Nous’ is not easy to translate from Greek into English, but can be described as ’the faculty of the human person to apprehend God’s presence and intuits His will; it can become, when purified, God’s agency acting within the heart. A purified Nous allows one to see and to honour God, who is all in all’. These reflections seek to develop that apprehension.
