For the ninth Sunday after Pentecost the Most Rev Mark Strange celebrates the Eucharist from Arpafeelie.

The Primus is joined from across Scotland by young members of the Scottish Episcopal Church, and from the United States of America by Presiding Bishop Michael B. Curry, Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church.

The service will begin at 11am. You can download the liturgy ahead of the service here:

The Provincial Eucharist this week takes place on the Sunday when the Primus would have been returning from the Lambeth Conference, and when the Young People and Leaders would have been arriving at Glenalmond College for their annual youth camp.

Because of the pandemic these two important moments in the provincial life of our Church cannot happen, but today through worship we join with the Young People and with the Anglican Communion. Young people from the senior house group at the camp will lead us through the Ministry of the Word and Presiding Bishop Michael will lead us in our Intercessions.

Worship Leaders: Toby Benton-Evans (Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway), David Coom (Edinburgh Diocese), Zara Hobbs (United Diocese of Glasgow & Galloway), Mia Shanks (Diocese of St. Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane), Martha Spence (United Diocese of Moray, Ross and Caithness) and Eleanor Tofield (Chair: Scottish Episcopal Church – Provincial Youth Committee, Diocese of Glasgow & Galloway)

Celebrant: The Most Rev Mark Strange, The Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church

Intercessor: The Most Rev Michael Curry, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church

Singers & Musicians: James Gardner (Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane), Alexander MacLaren (Diocese of Edinburgh), Nicole Grant (Episcopal Diocese Of Brechin) and the Rev Canon Oliver Brewer-Lennon (Diocese of Glasgow & Galloway).

With grateful thanks to Ley-Anne Forsyth and the Rev Canon Oliver Brewer-Lennon, Provincial Youth leaders.
